Introspection, Empathy, Grit, and Cost Awareness
My mom was diagnosed with cancer. To cope with the stress and keep from going crazy, I wrote a letter about values to my kids. Almost no one has read that letter. The exercise let me codify my thought and anchor some of my habits. That depth of thought and sharing with the people around me kindled desire to find other people who are learning these lessons and can benefit from scaffolding.
